Vlad is a User Experience Team Lead at Evozon and a UX Trainer at Scoala Informala and Continental. In the last 10 years he worked on various industries and multiple types of projects.
He thinks that the biggest challenge for eCommerce projects (no matter their type), is to properly meet users’ micro-moments, understand their intentions and behaviours throughout their customer journey and, in the end, to deliver a positive experience. The greater the experience is, the more delightful moments they’ll experience, associating thus even more positive emotions with your brand.
Vlad’s talk will focus on a usually ignored link in online customer experience mapping: the UX Research step, a key stage in understanding the future behaviour of customers.
